Spinach Dip
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 packet of Knorr brand vegetable soup mix
- 1 teaspoon dry onion soup mix (mix well before measuring)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 green onions, chopped
Squeeze spinach to remove excess liquid. Combine all ingredients,
mixing well. Chill dip at least two hours.
Makes about 4 1/2 cups dip.
Lauren's Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 carton (any size) sour cream
- Fill same emptied sour cream carton with mayonaise
- 1 pkg Knorr's Leek Soup Mix
- 1 can chopped water chestnuts
- 1 pkg frozen spinach (thawed)
Directions:
Mix all together and you have it! Serve with a cut up bagette
bread or cut up French bread!! Delicious!
