Nutty Chicken Wings
Yield: 4 Servings
- 1 c Finely chopped dry roasted .. peanuts
- 1/2 c Fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Poultry seasoning
- Black pepper
- 8 Chicken wings
- 1/4 c Chicken stock
- Preheat oven to 400°. Line a jelly roll pan with
foil.
- Mix peanuts, bread crumbs and seasonings.
- Moisten wings in broth; roll in nut mixture.
- Arrange in a single layer on pan. Bake 40 minutes, or
until tender. Do not turn while cooking.
Wings in Sesame Sauce
Yield: 6 . to 8
- 12 To 16 chicken wings
- 1/2 c Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c Sherry
- 4 tb Soy sauce
- 4 tb Lemon juice
- 2 Cloves garlic; minced
- 3 tb Sesame seeds; toasted.
1. Disjoint wings into 3 pieces. Freeze wing tips to use
at a later date for soup. Place wings in large bowl or dish.
2. Process remaining ingredients until smooth. Marinate 1
hour, turning after 30 minutes.
3. Preheat broiler. Line broiler pan with foil. Broil wings
about 7 minutes on each side; baste each side once. discard
marinade before serving
